10年以上前に来て以来の大阪の有名店。
本店の福島にも何度か行った事あるけど、それも10年以上前。
色んなラーメンやつけ麺食べて今この店の味をどう感じるのかな？って思って行ってみた。
率直な感想は麺がこんな感じやったんや？って。
もちもち？悪く言えばブニブニ？
つけ汁はもっと熱くて良いかな？まぁ麺が冷水でしっかりめに締めてるから仕方ないのかもやけど、個人的にはうーん…
麺もつけ汁も久々食べたらイマイチ。
今となっては大阪を代表するラーメンはここじゃない気がする。
