One rainy weekend. For your health, walk from Sakaisuji Honmachi to Tamatsukuri. The person who came was Mr. Tegari, the third generation. The aim is premium harami maki. The dishes include urte, senmai, chogi salad, and pancakes. Kimchi is made with Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber, etc. I'm intrigued by the famous agosuji bomb. And Grilled skewer. From classics such as rose, loin, tongue, and skirt steak, to offal such as hachinosu, maruchou, turami, and kori-kori. There are also vegetables such as white onions, onions, and yams. Now, my Mabushi has arrived. A small lacquer bowl and transparent soup. Kimchi and bean sprouts. The condiments are gochujang, wasabi stalks, sesame seeds, and small green onions. The taste of the soup gives a sense of unity to the whole dish. The soup and rice tasted like tail and went into my stomach. Is delicious~. The condiments, sesame seeds, kochuja, wasabi stalks, and small green onions, all do a good job here and there. Personally, I don't usually eat Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea), but this kind of Hitsumabushi is nice once in a while. At the end, everything blends together, creating a sense of unity.
