イタリアンでありながら、日本酒のペアリングをしてくれる超お気に入りのお店『Ritmicita リトミチタ』さんに伺いました！
奥様が料理をご主人がお酒を担当されており、これがまた秀逸なんですー
どの料理もシェフのセンスが感じられ、美しくて美味しいのですが、とりわけ今回は「イカ墨のアランチーニ」に軍配が上がりました✨
最高に美味しかったぁー✨
また、ご主人の日本酒ペアリングが私の好みばかりで、これまた最高ーー
今回は大和ポークのローストにあわせて下さった「不老泉の旨燗」のぬる燗が美味すぎて最高でした✨
雰囲気、接客、味、見た目、香り、清潔感、気遣いどれをとっても素晴らしく、さらにコスパもよくって、居心地も良い！
本当に素敵なお店です✨
