ランチに予約して伺いました。
数量限定！限定パスタセットランチ2000円。
よく前は通ってましたがレストランだったのね、和紙さんとかギャラリーとかかと思ってました(^^;)
和とイタリアンフュージョンのお店のよう。
カウンター席へ。
目の前にミニチュアたぬきと日本酒ぽいセット。
日本酒が得意な所なのか〜。。しかし一応仕事中なのです…m(__)m
他のお客さんは店主さんにお勧めの日本酒とか聞きながら昼から飲む気満々です。いいな〜
奥では奥さま？がバタバタお料理を仕上げておられます。
前菜盛り合わせ来ました。器の和です。
青海苔ゼッポリーニ、フリッタータ醤油麹（あけがらし）のせ、紫蘇がほんのり効いた分厚い身の鯵のユッケ、バイ貝、きゅうりのピクルス、たこのバジル炒め、ちゃんちゃん焼きインスパイアらしい秋鮭ときのこの味噌使用のポテトサラダ。
うんうん、どれもちょいひねっていて美味しい。
パスタ。海老とひらたけのクリームソースのパスタ、根セロリを乗せています。
生クリームベースですね。プリッと大きめの海老、ひらたけ、ごぼうも入ってます。存在感あるからな…根セロリも爽やか。
麺は生パスタではないですがもちもちしてて美味しい。
ローズマリー入りのパンと共に。
デザート。玄米茶のブランマンジェ
クッキーとりんごと南瓜の種子が乗っています。
玄米茶の風味が結構します。
中国茶で聞き取れなかったのですが緑茶です。
中国茶好き。
今度は飲める時に日本酒とペアリングしながらいただきたいです。
