Great matching of sake and food
The interior is casual, neat, and reminiscent of an old folk house (though it's inside a building). The food is wonderful in both texture and taste. Above all, pairing with sake. It goes perfectly with the food. The service's attentiveness is also impeccable. Confirmed to visit again.

ワインも好きだが、日本酒も好き。
だけど、日本酒だと料理とのマリアージュで感動を覚る店は多くないし、合っているかどうか、分かりにくい店がほとんど。
日本酒といえば和食と思うのだが、日本食のレストランのマリアージュで舌に響くものは未だなく、素晴らしいと感じたのは、某フレンチレストランとこの店だけだ。
さて、私がこの店の素晴らしいと思う点は（酒飲み視点で恐縮だが）、酒の旨味が引き出されていること。
酒の提供内容は、高級酒やレア酒がメインの某フレンチレストランと真逆で、普段飲みできる酒ばかりだが、この店の料理と合わせると、酒の味がぐんと際立つ。
こんなに美味い酒だったのか、と驚く盃が何杯も。
今回は、大人数での訪問で、会話が弾んでしまい、十分に味わいきれなかったのが残念。
料理と酒に集中できるよう、好みの似た友人と感想を述べ合い楽しむのが一番だ。
次は、そんなスタイルで訪問したい。
