The handmade soba noodles made by the owner who worked at the famous restaurant for 10 years are a must-try. We use the best buckwheat flour for each season and mill it as finely as possible at a flour mill that we have a long relationship with. By blending buckwheat flour from multiple production areas, you can enjoy a deeper taste of the world. There are two ways to eat cold soba. ``100 percent'' has a strong taste and aroma, and is chewy and smooth to eat, while ``coarse ground'', which has the earthy flavor of soba, is excellent for swallowing. We have ``Izutsu Wine'' available in bottles that allow you to enjoy the fresh taste. The restaurant is particularly particular about its sake, and the owner personally tastes and selects sake that goes well with the food, and always has about 10 varieties on hand, changing them seasonally, including ones that are not yet well-known in Osaka and rare brands. In winter, it's also stylish to drink shochu mixed with soba hot water. We also have pre-mol draft beer where you can enjoy the divine bubbles, as well as 100% whole fruit wine.
