電車に日傘を置き忘れ。。
無事に見つかり梅田の駅長室まで取りに来ました。
そのままお蕎麦屋さんへ遠征するも不定休( ；∀；)
次に行ったお店はめちゃ並んでる〜日陰なし。
諦めてBMしていた『そばの音』さん。
ひー。ここも並んでるけどアーケード〜♪
え、ここ？って感じの外観。
天井が高くオシャレでお蕎麦屋さんらしからぬ。
守破離出身の店主らしいので期待が高まります。
お蕎麦屋さんでは
天ぷら＋せいろのセットをよくいただくのですが。
こちらのお店、なかなかの価格帯。
しかも海老天は1尾なんよね・・・下調べ済み。
そして気になるメニュー、ひぇ〜な値段。
でも傘戻ってきたしなぁ。買い替えずに済んだし。
という理由をつけて

辛味大根と大粒なめこ
お蕎麦の量は3つ合わせて1.3人前
それほど待たずに着膳。
一皿は思っていたより小さい。これなら楽勝。
どの順で食べようか、
・辛味大根と大粒なめこ
見ための彩りきれいです。
大根さっぱり、なめこたっぷり
・鴨ロース
普段あんまり食べない。大きいのが3枚。
さっきのとは全然違う。味が深くて濃い
・小えび天とのり天
ここで山葵とネギを使いました。
これが一番お蕎麦の味が引き立つ
細くて喉ごしのよいお蕎麦。
つゆは少しずつ、と言われた通りにしましたが
提供される量が少な過ぎる。
ケチケチ使わないとあかんし、全然足りなかった。
1つ目の皿の残りを2皿めに、そして3皿めに、と
使い回ししないと足りない。
新しく追加しながら、残りつゆ全部使いました。
最後に蕎麦湯を出して頂きましたが、
わずかに皿に残ったほんのチョビッとのつゆを
湯呑みにいれて〜。割るとかどころの話ではない。
蕎麦湯は美味しかった。
蕎麦つゆ、もっと下さい、て言えばよかった。
奮発したのにちょっと残念な食べ方になりました。
メニュー価格は税抜きでした。
ごちそうさまでした。
