寒くなってきたので体があったまるお鍋を。ということで、鶴橋駅から徒歩10分の「コリアンキッチンまだん」さんへ。
東通りと東大阪の吉田にもありますが、鶴橋が本店。
高級感のある店内。
定番韓国料理からジャンキーなチキン、韓国宮廷料理まで抑えたメニュー構成。
鉄板鍋（2人前）3760円
いただいたのは人気のちりとり鍋。
ちりとり鍋って大阪発祥なん知ってました？
約50年前に生野区で生まれたらしいです。
たっぷりホルモンとキムチにお野菜。
秘伝のスープは辛い中に味噌系の丸みがあって日本人好みの味付け。
ちなみに辛さの調節も可能。
ゴマ、生姜、そして細かく刻んだみかんの皮が隠し味。辛さや、肉の脂の陰に爽やかな風味が楽しめるのです。
鍋の追加具材や〆の麺もあるのでどんどん追加して自分好みに楽しめのも良いっすね。
ついついお酒も進んで良い具合に酔っ払いました〜。ご馳走様です。
