冷麺セットを頂きました。
この日のランチは上六にて。
コロナ禍に負けず営業しているお店の応援ランチです。
うえほんまちハイハイタウンの3階にある、本格中華料理屋さん「杯杯 天山閣」で、「冷麺セット」を頂きました。これは冷麺に、点心2種、ハーフ炒飯、香の物が付くセットです。
冷麺を食べたらしつこく書きますw
大阪では「冷やし中華」の事を「冷麺」と言います。ちなみに岩手では「冷風麺」と言いますw
さて、
ここ「杯杯天山閣」は、少し高級な、落ち着いた雰囲気の中華料理屋さん。少しゆったりとランチが出来ます。
そんなここの冷麺は、タレは芝麻醤を使った胡麻ダレタイプ。タレは別皿で横に添えられてました。
麺は中太の平打ち玉子麺。具はサニーレタス、海老、錦糸卵、千切り叉焼、千切りの蒸し鶏、ミニトマトと、真ん中に白髪葱が添えられてました。とても上品な冷麺でしたわw
点心は、シュウマイとエビ蒸し餃子。
炒飯は、焼豚と卵とネギを使ったシンプル炒飯でした。
こんな上品な冷麺も美味しいんですけどね。
でも、やっぱり僕は大衆中華屋の冷麺の方が好きですね（笑）
冷麺セット、めっちゃ旨かった〜〜〜
温麺セットを頂きました。

うえほんまちハイハイタウンの3階にある、本格中華料理屋さん「杯杯 天山閣」で、「冬の季節の温麺セット」を頂きました。麺は、担々麺か五目汁そばかを選べたので、五目汁そばで。それに、点心2種、ハーフ炒飯、香の物が付くセットです。
ここ「杯杯天山閣」は、少し高級な、落ち着いた雰囲気の中華料理屋さん。少しゆったりとしたランチタイムを過ごす事が出来ます。
五目汁そばは、五目ラーメンとか五目そばと言われる、塩味ベースのスープに、野菜、魚介類、そして卵が入ってるラーメンですね。
ここの五目汁そばですが、具は、白菜、ニンジン、ほうれん草、タケノコ、青菜などの野菜類に、イカ、エビ、キクラゲ、豚バラ肉、そして玉子。麺は中細の中華麺が使われてました。
スープはしっかりコクと旨味が凝縮された清湯スープ。さすが本格中華料理店のスープでしたわ。
点心は、シュウマイとエビ蒸し餃子。これもめっちゃ良い感じでしたよ。
炒飯は、焼豚と卵とネギを使ったシンプル炒飯でしたが、こちらもなかなかレベル高かったです。
食後に120円でコーヒーが飲めるのも嬉しいサービスですね。
五目汁そば&炒飯&点心、めっちゃ旨かった〜〜〜
中華で宴会でした。
この日は久々の宴会でした。
コロナ禍に負けず営業しているお店の応援宴会でした。
この日の宴会は、うえほんまちハイハイタウンの3階にある中華料理屋さん「杯杯天山閣」でした。
宴会とは行っても、一つのテーブルは4人掛け。テーブル間の移動は無し、お酌も無し。料理も個別に配膳される宴会でしたわ。去年の12月で、コロナもだいぶ落ち着いてた時期でしたが、しっかり対策しての宴会は、それでも久々に色々話が出来て楽しい宴会でした。
料理も美味しくて満足出来ましたよ。
天山閣の中華料理、めっちゃ旨かった〜〜〜
いろんな使い方が出来て便利なお店です。
ここは、
上本町ハイハイタウン３階にある中華料理屋さんです。
結構大きなお店で、いろんなタイプの座席、お部屋があるので、
いろんな使い方が出来てなかなか便利なお店です。
宴会を何度かと、あとはランチで利用させてもらってます。
先日久々にランチに行ったら、ランチメニューが変わってましたね。
昔は「紫苑ランチ」と言って、
８種の点心等のおかずが載ったパレットに、
週替りの料理、週替りのスープ、ご飯
それにコーヒーorデザートが付く。。。と言う、
とてもお得なセットランチがあったのですが。
それが「チョイスランチ」と言うランチに代わってました。
「チョイスランチ」の内容は
チョイスメイン料理＋サラダ＋副菜（２品）＋スープ、
ライス＋香の物＋コーヒーかデザート
と言うもの。
メインは酢豚、麻婆豆腐、海老チリなど９種類ありました。
なので、今回はこれを頂くことに。
メイン料理の中から油淋鶏をお願いしました。
程なく、チョイスランチの登場です。
早速一口いただきます。
めっちゃ旨いやん！
ここの油淋鶏は鶏の唐揚げに甘酢醤油がかかったタイプ。
唐揚げは３つありました。
それに、サラダと点心（焼売とエビ餃子）、蒸し鶏、
スープは溶き卵のスープでした。
どの料理もしっかり丁寧に調理されてて、味付けもなかなかイイ感じ！
量的には物足りなさもありましたが、
これに食後のコーヒーがついてますからね。
そう考えるとお得なランチだと思います。
ゆっくり出来ますしね。
また行きます。

For lunch that day, we went to Kaoroku “Haipai Tenzankaku”. I had the ``Seasonal Warm Noodle Set'' at the authentic Chinese Cuisine ``Haipai Tenzankaku'' on the 3rd floor of Uehonmachi Haihi Town. The hot noodles are "Gomoku Soba". The set also included two types of Dim sum, half fried rice, and pickled vegetables. ``Haihai Tenzankaku'' is a Chinese Cuisine restaurant with a slightly upscale, calm atmosphere. You can have a relaxing lunch here. Now, about the gomoku soup soba, it was a light gomoku soup soba with lots of ingredients. The soup is Chinese clear soup. The noodles are thin Chinese noodles. The ingredients were seafood such as shrimp, squid, pork, Chinese cabbage, onions, spinach, carrots, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and other vegetables, and a beaten egg. It was truly an elegant gomoku soup soba, it was of a high standard! Dim sum is Chinese dumpling and steamed Gyoza / Dumpling. The fried rice was a simple fried rice made with grilled pork, eggs, and green onions. What's more, if you use the coffee coupon in the store's app, you can get free coffee! The seasonal hot noodle set was really delicious.
