ネットではお店の場所を知っていたのですが、今里のこのあたりは、だいぶ自転車でも走りまわったつもりでしたが、なんとなくお店を新発見した気分です。
前を通っていたかもしれませんが、記憶になかったお店です。
基本は居酒屋さんですが、お昼に前を通ると大衆食堂みたいかもーー
※学生時代に同じ名前の大衆食堂があったので^_^
今回は日替わり定食をいただきました(^o^)
排気ダストのある高い位置にガスオーブンがあって、それで魚を焼いているようですが、オーブントースターの巨大なサイズみたいで、電気オーブンみたいでしたが、ガスのホースがあってガスオーブンでした。
鮭の塩焼きは、ガスや炭火焼のこんがりというより、電気オーブンのようなきれいな焼き上がりでした。
一品もとってもおいしかったです。
お客さんがわりと高齢の方が多いようで、私の隣の高齢女性がトンカツ定食を食べていました。
一品料理がついているお得感もありますが、トンカツが大きく厚さもあるようでした。
大手チェーン店よりお得感があるようでした。
