初訪問、石ヶ辻「ゆいの」
こんなところにこんな店があったとは知らなかった…
白ワインで乾杯し先付に蕪豆腐、鯛の酒蒸し
アオサの緑が鮮やかで美しい一品
ただ結構薄味…ベースの出汁自体が薄いのかも…
日本酒に切り替えて
椀物はえんどう豆のすり流に帆立真丈に筍と雲丹
これも目には楽しい一品だったけど出汁が薄め…
我々にはちょっと上品過ぎるのかもね(笑)
盛りだくさんの前菜
鰯の生姜煮、銀鱈の西京焼きは良いお味♪
鯖寿司も嬉しい♪
お造りはポン酢で食べる目板カレイが美味しかった
温物の甘鯛の若竹蒸しは木の芽餡がやっぱり薄い…
甘鯛自体はしっかり塩味だったけど…
メインは和牛ヘレの炭火焼
山わさびが雪のようにふりかけてあり
肉自体にはしっかりと塩味が付いてて濃厚…
シャトーブリアン級の柔らかさで美味しかった!

〆は蟹ご飯
お腹いっぱいだったので一膳づつ…
残りはおにぎりにしてもらった
