吟味した素材をリーズナブルに堪能できる、上本町のカジュアルな創作鉄板焼店

ちょっと前から気になっていた、上本町から３分くらいのところにある鉄板焼きのお店、菫さんに行ってきました。
先ず、焼きレタスのシーザーサラダ、麻婆豆腐 菫風、そしてお好み焼き豚玉を注文しました。
お店は、広いカウンターの前にすぐ鉄板があり、そこでシェフが調理しているところがよく見えるようになっていました。カウンター席にすわったのでとてもいい香りや湯気の沸き立つ調理風景を楽しむことが出来ました。
そしてお味は、どれも美味しかったのですが、特に麻婆豆腐は、よくある山椒味ではなく自分の好みの深いまろやかな風味で良かったです。
最後に、アオリイカのXO醤炒めを注文し、これまたまろやかなお味で美味しかったです。
お店の雰囲気もいい感じでおすすめのお店です。
