この日は谷町にある旬天伸さんへ。
前菜、お造りが出てその後は1品ずつ天ぷらが提供されます！
季節野菜の天ぷら、稚鮎、枝豆のかき揚げ、鱧と季節の食材を使った天ぷらで色々と楽しめましたが期待以上ものは特にありませんでした！
もちろん揚げたてなので美味しいのですが感動レベルの天ぷらではなかったです！
印象に残ったのは生きた稚鮎の天ぷらくらいでしょうか、、内臓の苦味が美味しかったです！
ドリンクに関してはメニューもなくあまり説明もありません。
イタリアのペローニというビールを大きなグラスでいただいて、その後小さなグラスで提供されるハイボール。その後日本酒を飲みました。
値段も不明です。
何の説明もないので接客に関しては残念でした。
ワンオペでされていたので仕方ない部分もあるのかもしれませんが、、
あと、野菜スティックが前菜が出る前から置いてあってどう食べたらいいのかの説明もなく最後まで手をつけることがありませんでした。
大阪では希少な天ぷら屋さんで期待しておりましたが再訪はありません。
