ご主人のワンオペです。
L字の白木のカウンター
ワンオペなのですが、気配りが行き届いております。
お任せコースを頂きました。
先付けとお刺身、季節物のホタルイカ和え物
どれも、美味しく期待が高まります。
まずは、エビの頭から
カラリと軽く揚がっています。
その後も、春のお野菜、エビと続きます。
バランスの良いコースで、油が全くもたれない。
締めにに天丼か天茶で。
軽くて、センスの良い天ぷら。
色の薄い天つゆとの相性がよかった。
美味しいランチでした。
