At Ganko's solo lunch in Shin-Osaka, I always order the Hina Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) set meal. It's the cheapest at 968 yen including tax, but you can enjoy cold soba and warm Tempura. The name gives the impression that the amount is small, but the volume is normal and is enough (for me).
