メニューが豊富で選ぶのが大変
キムチとナムルはとてもつけ込まれていてとっても染みていて美味しい
牛タンは1cmほどの厚さでものすごいふっくら弾力感だがとても歯切れがいいとても美味しい
希少部位のロースかぶりは表面だけをさらっと焼いて大根おろしと一緒にあっさり爽やかに美味しくいただける
カルビ、さがり、赤身はタレでそのまま肉肉しく
三日月に感動！背中の上の方のお肉で、すごく優しくてとろける味わい
小腸は外はカリッと焦げ目がつくまで中はふっくらふわふわと
希少部位のみすじのステーキはこだわりの焼き加減で店員さんが焼き担当、片面はカリッとさせる片面は少しだけ、7:3の割合、すごく柔らかくて深い味わい（ステーキでミスジは初めてかも）
ワインもお肉にあうワインも選ばれていてとても親切さを感じる、お肉にペアリングできる嬉しい心遣い
締めの冷麺はつるっと爽やかにとてもスッキリする
改めて「肉は幸せな気持ちになる」ことを実感
