I searched for a restaurant that was fairly close to the hotel I was staying at and found it. Unfortunately, I forgot my wallet on a business trip, so I limited my search to only stores that accept mobile payments. I thought it would be okay to buy something at Convenience stores and have a drink in the room, but I really wanted to eat something delicious after a hard night. Perhaps because I had a long day at work and visited a little late, the store was already quite noisy when I entered. I thought it was the time when everyone was already done, but the staff was attentive and led me to a quiet counter in the back. This place is perfect for drinking quietly by yourself. The appetizer is chawanmushi. It has more ingredients than I expected. I was thinking of ordering after looking at the menu, so this makes me happy. The soup stock is elegant and quite delicious. Next, make sashimi. Single items include bluefin tuna, medium-fatty tuna, and squid. On this day, I don't want to eat a platter, I just want to eat what I like. The tuna was much more delicious than I expected. It has a good amount of fat and is not watery. I had a bit of a bad feeling when I saw it, but that wasn't the case at all. Next is the porpoise. It has a smooth taste and the more you bite into it, the deeper the flavor becomes. Soy sauce is good, but it also goes well with salt. To rest my chopsticks, I ordered Mizunasu and Baigai. Lightly pickled eggplant, drizzled with sesame oil. I wonder if this is how people eat it in Kansai. I was looking for a refreshing taste, so I was a little disappointed. However, the taste was different from what I expected, but it was delicious enough♪ I eat the clams while picking them out with a toothpick. It's cooked a little sweet and is very delicious. I was doing my best in an elegant manner, but I was busy from early morning the next day. I had to eat and sleep, so I had seasonal Tempura and bitter gourd champuru. I was a little surprised by the bitter gourd champuru. I wondered why this restaurant had such a menu, but I'm sure the chef was so good at it that he wanted to put it on the menu. very delicious. It might be even more delicious than the ones you eat in Okinawa. I want to repeat it again when I come. It's probably because the food is carefully prepared. It takes quite a while from ordering to the time the food comes out. It seems best to order early. I would like to wear it again on a night alone.
