For the freshly cooked rice we are proud of, we use a blend of rice ordered from a nearby 5-star rice master who is highly trusted by the owner, who is a rice flavor appraiser. We have the best rice blend for each season. If you are interested, please ask the staff about the blend of rice at that time! The rice, which is cooked for 30 minutes after ordering, has the best aroma, stickiness, sweetness, luster, and texture.

One of the things we are particular about in terms of rice other than white rice is our dishes using Ebisu Mochi Pork from Awaji Island, which is raised on rice. We have seats available for various occasions. There are a total of 8 counter seats, perfect for a quick drink by yourself or a savory drink. All table seats are sofa seats along the wall, so you can have a seated banquet for 3 to 20 people! Each table is currently separated by roll curtains to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. And the terrace seats have 2 seats x 2 tables. This winter, we have changed to kotatsu seats, which are highly recommended by our staff!
