新大阪駅は5,6番線にある『麺家』さんです。
もちろんいただきましたのは『そば』ではなく『うどん』です。
関西は『うどん文化』ですからね！！
注文させていただきましたのは店頭でも大きくアピールしてる『季節のかき揚げ』ということで『かき揚げうどん（500円）』です。
立ち喰いうどんという事でカウンターごしに配膳され、関東とは異なるスープをながめます。そしでいただいてみると、実に透き通った出汁で中々美味い。
そして主役と云っても過言ではない『かき揚げ』は野菜入りまくりで美味い。
久しぶりの『かき揚げうどん』を外でいただきましたが実に美味しかったです。
