以前、もつ鍋で検索したら出て来たお店。
メニューをサラッと拝見すると
それ以外のメニューも気になりました
餃子・肉・ホルモン
刺身盛り合わせもあり
単身赴任者には最適なお店ではないでしょうか？
先ずは生ビールをオーダー！！ 一杯３９０円です
お通しに小鉢が二つ(じゃこおろし・焼きそば)
乾杯して「焼き餃子」を待ちます
手作り感抜群の餃子が登場！
まずはそのまま........ジューシーでニンニクパンチで美味しい餃子です
タレなしで全部食べちゃいました
なかなかの美味しさです
続いてチャプチェ(韓国春雨)６８０円
少し甘めで具だくさん、春雨は極細ですが
コシがあってプリプリでした
本日のメイン「てっちゃん鍋」 一人前
ちょっとスープは赤いですが辛さなし！
てっちゃんの香りがしっかりするあっさりめのスープ
野菜がたくさん入ってて美味しかったです
