Our carefully selected Tokachi soba noodles have a rich aroma and smooth texture. Using a special machine, we carefully finish the product by changing the composition depending on the season. In addition, the owner has carefully selected and carefully selected ingredients such as Oyster from Sanriku, beef Cow tongue from Miyagi, and pork from Zao that you can enjoy casually. For gatherings and banquets with friends, we offer course meals starting from 3,000 yen, featuring carefully selected dishes. All-you-can-drink options are also available, so please feel free to ask.

We purchase sake directly from liquor stores all over the country, mainly in Iwate, Aichi, Chiba, Hiroshima, and Gifu, and we offer delicious brands and seasonal drinks of the year. One of the attractions is that you can enjoy a wide variety of flavors every time you visit, including rare premium brands and limited edition alcoholic beverages unique to the region. We offer a perfect aperitif to start your meal, a mid-meal drink to pair with a special dish, and a drink tailored to your tastes.
