I was finally able to go to a store that I had been curious about for quite some time. Visited on a Saturday night around 7pm. The store is about 70% occupied. Since I was seated at the counter, I was able to watch the straw yaki being grilled (≧▽≦) The straw yaki consisted of 3 slices each of two types: salt and ponzu sauce. The bonito was fresh and delicious, but it didn't taste as straw-grilled as I expected... ? The fried moray eel and the stewed fish I forgot the name of were also delicious. There are a wide variety of fish, and you might be able to find something rare. It's a wonderful restaurant where you can feel the Kochi atmosphere (^^) I forgot to take a picture of the important straw-grilled bonito (^_^;)
