繁華街から外れた場所に、わりと、多...
コロナで長らく会えなかった旧友との再会を美味しい食事で楽しみました。互いの無事を美酒で確認しながら、積もる話を交わしていました。いずれの料理も手の込んだ、味わい深く、香り高い者でした。ごちそうさまでした。

味も美味しいが、お刺身のこだわりが強すぎて
お醤油で食べたいのに、最近はお醤油で食べる刺し身が出てこない
