The restaurant's signature dish, Sichuan Chen Mapo Tofu, is created by owner Chef Tanaka through research and trial and error. It was hard during the holidays when I couldn't eat this! There are quite a few fans. The base is bean sauce and soy sauce, and the unique spices and authentic taste are addictive.
