西中島南方にはBMしたままのステーキのお店が
2軒もあって、そのうちの1軒。
お洒落な外観で天井高く店内もいい感じ。
1Fは中央にぐるりとカウンター席。
窓際にも奥にもカウンター席あります。
2Fはテーブル席と思われます。
ロースステーキランチとロースダブルの大きさを
聞いてみると普通100g、ダブル200gらしく

『ちょっとだけよく焼きにして下さい』
とお願いしたのだけど失敗しました。
オーダー通す時『よく焼きで！！』と聞こえました。
出て来たお肉はベリーウェルダン⤵︎
肉汁ゼロ。いや、仕方ないね。
よく焼き、言いましたから。。
お肉はカチカチですが、ソースは美味しい。
薄くカットされているので噛めます。
ただしっかり咀嚼しないと飲み込めません。
200gのお肉はペロリと胃の中へ消えて行きました。
周りの男性は迷いなく備前黒牛のステーキダブルを
注文されている方が数名。
女性はハンバーグ派多数。限定数は5くらいっぽい。
なんだか不完全燃焼みたいなランチになりましたが
ごちそうさまでした。
