We offer the ultimate Gyoza / Dumpling at a reasonable price, with attention to detail in everything from the skin to the filling to the baking time! ``Maruken Yaki Gyoza / Dumpling'' does not use garlic, uses domestically produced ingredients, and is made in-house daily. There are two types of sauce available: Maruken's special, slightly sweet "vinegar soy sauce" and Kobe's standard white miso-based "miso sauce." There are no chemical seasonings added, and even if you mix it with plenty of Gyoza / Dumpling, it won't be too strong and has an addictive taste.
