四季の味処 花さこん大阪メトロ西中島南方駅から徒歩１分程の場所に２０２１年６月に新規OPENしたお店です。以前営業されたた居酒屋さんの居抜き営業なのか？店名変更されただけなのか定かではありませんが、店内のレイアウトなどは以前と同じままで営業されてます。平日昼間にランチで訪問しました。ランチメニューより注文したのは、本日の一押し焼魚：１０００円（税込み）です。約７分少々での着丼です。
大判＆肉厚の鯖の干物（開き）がメインの定食です。サラダ・お漬物・小鉢×２種が付加された豪華な定食です。少々鯖の開きが硬かったのは仕方ないのかもしれませんが、美味しかったです。ごちそうさまです。
