あかうしさんは、名前の通り土佐あかうしで年間400〜500頭しか出回らないという希少な牛さんを扱っているお店

キャビアの塩味がアクセントになってめっちゃ美味しかった

生ハムも合ってワインと絶対合う一品

今回の肉寿司は、ランプで柔らかくて炙られてるから香ばしくて最高に美味しい
北海道産の山わさびは、肉寿司にめっちゃ美味しい

素材の味を引き出す溶岩焼き
椎茸はすごいみずみずしく美味しかった
野菜全体的に甘くて止まらない
自家製マヨネーズや塩もあったけどそのまま食べてもめっちゃ美味しい

柔らかいランプステーキは、瀬戸内海の塩、北海道産山わさび、オニオンソース、ガーリックチップでいただきます
個人的には、北海道やまわさびが一番好きやったかな
