グルメな知人に お誘い頂き伺いました。
場所は 西中島南方。
多分、人生2回目かな？
全く土地勘が無く、余裕もって行ったのに、時間ギリギリ^^;
近辺で、かなりの数の焼肉店や、その他飲食店を経営しておられる やり手の方だそうで、牛肉に対する愛がハンパない！
共同経営で、牛の飼育までされて、良いお肉を仕入れているそうです。
今回頂いたのは、そんな店主さんが『最後に食べたい』肉料理のコースだそう。
店主さん自ら調理して頂きました。（普段はどうなんだろ？）
内容は、品数多すぎて書く気がしませんが、同じ時期に行った お客さんが書いてるだろうと。
とにかく一品一品、肉質と調理法に拘っておられ、
文句無く美味！
店主さんのトークも絶妙！
しかも、価格はリーズナブル！
席数が少ないので、予約が取りづらい事だけが難点かも？
本当に美味しい肉を堪能しました。
