西中島南方にある「黒毛和牛研究所」さん。
この界隈で焼肉業態を中心に展開されている“匠グループ”さんのお店。
ずっとこのグループのお店に行ってみたいと思ってましたが、
実は今まで行ったことはない。。。
今回こちらのお店に友人が行ってるのを見て、
お願いして連れてきてもらいました♪
あざま～す♡
「黒毛和牛研究所」さんは完全会員制で完全予約制のお店。
なので会員の方しか予約が取れない仕組みとなってるようです。
お店が入っているビルの名は
「肉中島レジャービル」
匠グループさんのビルなんですね♪
素敵ネーミング☆
1階には会員さんのみが買える
お肉の無人販売所なんかもありました。
「黒毛和牛研究所」さんは2階。
お店は高級感がある造りで、カウンター6席のみ。
コースは1種類[￥10,000]で
19時一斉スタートとなっています。
今回のコースのラインナップはこんな感じ↓

まぁこうやって文字に起こしてみるだけで、
魅惑のラインナップってことは伝わるかと♬
ほんと最初から最後までどれも美味しくて、
満足度の高いコースでした。
中でも
ツラミ刺しや
ステーキ・タン・ハラミなどの焼肉系が
特に印象的に美味しかったかな～
ツラミ刺しなんかはほんとトロけてしまう口当たり。
旨味も最高。
さすが研究所だけあって、
お肉が本当に美味しい。
やっすい表現で申し訳ないが、それしか出ん。
そしてやっぱりご飯。
匠グループさんは炊き立てで美味しいごはんも有名なのはしってましたが、
マジでめちゃくちゃ美味しい銀シャリでした♡
旨い肉と美味しいご飯。
何よりの御馳走でございました♬
〆の和牛のトロたくや冷麺もほんと美味しくて、
量的にもちょうど良かったです。
これが￥10,000のコースって考えるとかなりお得！
本当に大満足のディナーとなりました。
わがまま言って連れてきてもらいましたが、
ほんと友人には感謝しかない♬
