14時前に到着、ウエイトなし、店舗イチ推しっぽい白湯は相方に任せて醤油を選択、細麺or平麺は平麺で、ダマサれたと思ってたまごにつけてみてということなので玉子たれセットで
着丼前に昆布茶が配膳、まず昆布茶を飲んで口内を整えよとのこと、こういうギミック嫌いじゃない、昆布茶美味しいし
しっかり整えた後でラーメン到着、香ばしい醤油の香り、個性アリ、美味しい
平打ちを選択した麺もいと旨し、お言葉に従い玉子につけてみる、玉子に少し醤油が落とされているんだけどスープの醤油度合いと相まって絶妙のバランス、はい騙されていませんでした、美味しゅうございます
相方オーダーの白湯もエスプーマっぽい仕上がりだけど濃すぎることもなくこちらも個性感じる仕上がり、非白湯派だけどこれはイケるヤツ、醤油よりこちらかも知れん
限定のネギたっぷりの秋の混ぜそばが残っているうちにまた来たい
