The restaurant is always popular, but since December 23rd is Honki Seimen's 1st anniversary, there was an announcement in advance that ``Shoyu Ramen'' would be offered for a whopping 5 yen. When I arrived, there was already a long line at the store. The parent company, "Tachikui Sakaba Kinshishi", has a crazy plan to offer drinks for "5 yen" every time the affiliated store celebrates its anniversary, and like most people, they offer a similar service.
