2024年3月某日昼
こちら、大阪メトロ御堂筋線東三国駅が最寄りで、新大阪駅からも比較的近いです（少し歩くけど一応徒歩圏内だと思う）
にんにく鶏白湯がめちゃ気になって訪問したけど、店長さんが怪我してるみたいで鶏白湯の提供中止になってた。残念だけど致し方がない、店長さんの一刻も早い回復を願うばかりです。

こちら、儀式みたいなものがあって、お猪口みたいなものに入ってるのがお酒ではなくて昆布茶なんですが、ラーメン提供される前に先に提供されて先に飲むように即されます。
昆布茶は舌の味蕾を刺激して、ラーメンのスープの旨味をしっかり感じられるそうで（席の前にそのような掲示があって店員さんに説明されました）、確かにいつもよりも味が感じられるような気になってきました！（気のせいかも）
鶏ベースの醤油味のスープ、少し節々系が入ってるのかな（昆布茶飲んでる割にはあやふや）、油でコーティングされているせいか少し甘めで醤油の香ばしさがありふくよなか旨味！麺は細麺と平打ち麺があって平打ち麺をチョイス！中細くて茶色の斑点があり全粒粉が使われている模様！歯応えがあってスープとの絡みが抜群！具はチャーシュー（ちゃんと入ってて良かった詳しくは前回のラーメンレポを参照）、しかもチャーシューは豚鶏入ってて旨味たっぷりなのはありがたい！あとは海苔、味玉、ネギなど。いつも別トッピングで味玉注文するのでデフォで入ってるのはありがたい！こちらのスープと白ご飯の相性抜群です！
こちら、メニューを拝見していると反則技としてたまご付けだれがあって気になります！おそらく麺を浸して味わうのでしょうが、凄く美味しそうです！私には（塩分過多が理由で）難しいかも。難しいといえば最初の昆布茶も（塩分過多が理由で）厳しいかなって思ったけど、たまたま昆布茶の粉の空き缶を爪楊枝入れで使ってで、塩分量を調べさせてもらったら1杯で0.8gで量的に4分の1くらいの提供で少し薄めだったので、これくらいだったら問題ないかなって（二口程度で止めましたが）思いました。
次回訪問時は店長さんの復帰を願って、にんにく鶏白湯を食べたいです！ごちそうさまでした！
