江坂にあった時には何度か伺ったことのある「酒友」さんが東三国・東淀川へ移転されたようです。早速伺いました(^^♪
場所は地下鉄の東三国駅とJR東淀川駅の中間くらいにあります。
店内は、カウンターが7～8席くらい、テーブルは全部で15～16名くらいは座れそうなくらいで、以前のお店よりは明るくアットホームな良い感じの雰囲気です。
こちらのお店はとにかく日本酒がえげつないレベルで揃えられており、蔵元直でのやり取りなのでどれも定価で飲むことができます。
そして、、、なによりも有名なのが店主の解説付きで日本酒を飲めることと、料理と相性を考えたペアリング。
料理は和食を中心に、職人さんが提供されるのでクオリティ高いです。
今回のお通し＆日本酒は写真の通りで、ゼンマイの和え物と辛口の日本酒を。
相変わらずこのお通し＆日本酒のペアリングが最高です♪
料理は「車エビと旬菜の天婦羅」と「寒ブリ中落ち身のスパイス岩塩炙り」を。
天婦羅は抹茶塩が最高に美味しいです♪
寒ブリも脂が乗っていて柔らかく、味付けもお酒との相性も抜群...
定期的に通いたくなるお店さんです。
東三国は定期的に通うエリアなので大変ありがたい。
