お誕生日に訪問。
以前友達に連れて行ってもらって美味しかったので、リクエストしました。
前もって予約をしておくと、お造りが舟盛りで提供されるため、1週間前に予約してもらっていました。
お魚が新鮮でピクピク動いていて、種類も豊富、日本酒が欲しくなりメニューを見ると5種類程ありましたが、好みのものはなく日本酒の種類がもう少しあったらなーと思いました。
最後にお造りの魚の骨をカラッと揚げて持ってきてくれるサービスは嬉しい。
料理も出汁の味がきいていて、どれも上品な美味しさ。
特に鱈の白子の山芋包み揚げたしが絶品でした。また伺いたいです。
