この日は午後バタバタしてようやく落ち着いたのが20時前
晩ごはん何も考えてなかったので新大阪（三国）の『吟味屋新大阪店』に突入！
予約してなかったけどなんとかお席用意して頂きました。
こちらの吟味屋さんはエントランスからかなりお洒落に設えられていて店内の通路も屋内と思えない趣きのある造りで素敵ですねー
さて、今回頂いたのは
・ねぎ塩たん(写真は2人前)
・お刺身
・上カルビ
・赤身つぼ漬け
・いか焼き
・石焼きガーリックライス
です。
どの部位も色やサシが鮮やかで綺麗ですねー
タンはレモンを搾りねぎ塩だれをのっけて頂きました。
他のお肉も柔らかでたれでも岩塩でも美味しい☆☆☆☆☆
石焼きの器に入ったガーリックライスは2本のスプーンで手早くかき混ぜ味付けの醤油だれを投入します。
おこげの好きな私はジュウジュウ音を立てる器に壁をつくるように敷き詰めていきます。少しスープも入れ好みの味に仕上げ熱々をハフハフしながら頂きました笑笑
雰囲気も良くお肉の質も良くてリーズナブルな『吟味屋』さん
