十三駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にある居酒屋さん だし処 やまだ家。
自慢のお出汁を使用した創作おでんが人気の居酒屋さん。冬場は予約で席が埋まることもあるようですが、暖かい季節だと比較的予約は取りやすそうです。
学生のノリを感じる明るく元気な接客も印象的。価格設定もリーズナブルで、料理のボリュームも多く、若い方向けの雰囲気ですね。

◾極ポテトサラダ
ポテトの甘味をダイレクトに感じるポテトサラダ。マヨネーズ少なめですがパサつきはなく、しっとりと滑らかで塩味のバランスも絶妙です。
◾えびまんじゅう
名物メニューのえびまんじゅう。ふんわりトロトロ、熱々ホクホクの食感に、優しいとろみのあるお出汁や、生姜のアクセントが加わっており、名物メニューなのが伝わってくるクオリティでした。
◾昆布締め鶏のチキン南蛮
ボリューム満点で食べ応え抜群、昆布締め鶏のチキン南蛮。カリッと揚げた衣には甘酢のタレが程よく絡んでおり、濃厚でまろやかなタルタルソース、鶏肉と昆布の旨味、衣の食感が合わさって絶品ですね！
◾おでん
おでんはたくさん種類があったので、ロール白菜、大根、牛すじ、なすをチョイス。お出汁と赤味噌から好みの味を選べるのも嬉しいポイントです。
赤味噌と相性の良い牛すじと茄子、お出汁が染み込んだ大根も美味でしたが、カボチャソースをかけたロール白菜の、白菜とかぼちゃの優しい甘味が重なり合った味わいは最高です！
