お目当てのお店が閉まっていたのでオロオロしていたらこの店が目に入った。
牛ハラミ、豚テキと大きく描かれた暖簾の文字に惹かれて、店先のスタンドメニューを見たら豚テキを食べたくなった！
変わり身早っ、笑
ちょうど店員のお姉さんが顔を出してどうですか？と聞いて来たので入っちゃいました。
比較的新しい店の様で明るくて綺麗な店内。
カウンターに座ると目の前が鉄板なので仕事ぶりがよく分かる特等席^ - ^

目の前の鉄板でジュージュー焼かれた豚テキが出て来た。
予めサイコロ状にカットされた豚テキで量は880円の価格からして少なくはない^ - ^
ひと切れパクッ♪
豚テキは良い感じの厚みがあるのに柔らかくて良いやん美味しい。
タレはそれほど多くない豚テキだからしつこさがない。
ニンニクチップでふわっとニンニク風味がして食欲を増進させる。
ご飯がどんどん進む味。
タレだらけの豚テキよりあっさりしてる気がするな。
途中キャベツの千切りはポテサラでリセットして再びパクパク。
あっという間に完食です。
お手頃価格だけど、柔らかくて美味しい豚テキでした。
豚テキも一時期のブームも一息して減って来た気がするけど、やっぱり美味しいな。
