You can enjoy bottles purchased at the liquor store on the first floor at Restaurants on the second floor for a small corkage fee. Even if you don't know anything about alcohol, just looking at the stylish label on the bottle is fun. You can even buy the jacket (!) The dishes seem to change little by little with the seasons, and everything is delicious. As the name of the restaurant suggests, covo (yeast), they use koji to create a seasoning that goes well with the sake. You can also try the sake tasting set where you can try 3 types of sake selected by the store. I get the impression that there are a lot of couples, groups, and families here, but there's also a counter, so it looks like you'll be fine even if you're alone. I've been here several times already, and it's my favorite store that I want to come back to again and again.
