1月20日 夕方にお邪魔しました。
店内は奥の座敷で宴会をしている先客の方が居るだけでした。
まずはビールとばかりに瓶ビールを注文すると、「午後8時まではサービスタイムで、生ビール400円が250円になりますので、
そちらの方がお得ですよ」との事。
「じゃあ、生で」。
メニューにざっと目を通すと、お造り、焼き物、一品物、アルコール それぞれ、かなり豊富に用意されている。
ならば、もも肉のタタキから。
ポン酢、塩 お好みで。
アルコールもビールから日本酒へ。
１合飲みきりの日本酒は日本各地の名酒が２０種類以上常備との事。
ここは富山の地酒でタタキと合わせる。旨いねえ。
続いて焼き物。 ネギ身 なんこつ セギモ 鳥皮 キモ セセリ 全部塩でいただきました。
やはり塩でいただくと、鳥本来の味が味わえますな。
聞けばマスター和歌山の出身らしく、珍しい魚のお造りなんかも日替わりで用意してるとの事。
飾らないマスターにハキハキトした若いスタッフ。
店内には心地よくジャズが流れ、仕事帰りの疲れた体を包み込んでくれる様な。
今度はうまい魚を食べに来ますね。
