濃厚麻婆ラーメン 牛すじ丼ミニ
【鉄板焼きのガチすぎる麻婆ラーメン！】
土曜12:45 先客2組。
鉄板焼き屋さんが本気で作った麻婆。
この日は頼んでないけど、
有名ラーメン店のらーめん小僧さんと
試作重ねたラーメンとかもあるそう。
・濃厚麻婆ラーメン（〆ご飯付） ¥950
・牛すじ丼ミニ ¥320
丼があるので〆ご飯はいりませんて言ったら
合計1200円におまけしてくれました。
提供早かった、5分かからず？
ぐっつぐつに煮立った麻婆麺登場！
かなり濃厚なドロドロをかき分け麺をリスト。
んまいっ！本格中華まではいかないけど、
鉄板焼き屋さんがこれ作ったんやーって
レベルの麻婆。
鶏ガラ系のスープに色んなジャンの味。
辛さはそこそこ。ちょい辛いくらい。
旨味も強いが、最初からガツン！！と来るので
後半の塩分が相当のしかかってくる。笑
〆のご飯で汁も全て頂けるけど、
かなり塩分高いのでちょっと心配かも。笑
帰りの声かけの感じ的に
店主さんは凄く良さそうな人でした！

【有名ラーメン店コラボの麻婆ラーメン！】
オープンすぐの木曜11:30 先客なし。
去年来て美味しかったこちらに再訪。
夜は鉄板焼き屋さんだけあって、
ラーメン食うにはお洒落な空間。笑
・濃厚麻婆ラーメン ご飯付き ¥980
・牛すじ混ぜそば ¥980
福島とかで展開されてる有名店
『らーめん小僧』さんと共作されたラーメンです。
麻婆、混ぜそばともにグッツグツで来ました！
これは見た目からやばいやーつ！
まずは麻婆ラーメン！
色んな醬を使っているだけあって、
複雑な旨味があるパンチが凄い麻婆です！
見た目よりは辛さはかなり控えめで、
細めのちぢれ麺がよく絡んでうまい！
ご飯もついてるのでご飯に麻婆かけて
食べたら至福。んまいやーん、食べすぎるやん！
お次は今回気になった混ぜそば！
こちらは麻婆を更に超えるぐっつぐつ！
スジコンがめちゃくちゃそそります。
真ん中の卵をかき混ぜて食べたら‥
ね？もう分かるよね？
あー今回も美味しかったー！
