Food <Black Satsuma Chicken> Enjoy juicy tataki and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)
Chicken is used differently depending on the dish, and Kagoshima's ``Black Satsuma Chicken'', which is juicy and has just the right amount of elasticity, is used for grilled dishes. The ``tataki'' of fresh chicken made in the morning is grilled to crisp the skin and rare on the inside for a fragrant finish. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is prepared based on the day's purchase, from the refreshing breast meat grilled with yuzu sprinkled with it, to rare parts such as sunazuri and seseri. We also have items that go perfectly with alcohol, such as the popular chicken dish and slowly cooked salted liver.

We use the mellow Satsuma Wakashamo for chawanmushi and Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), in particular, is made with our signature soup stock made from bonito, tuna, and chicken bones, and is perfect as a finishing touch. Topped with egg yolk from Oita Prefecture, you can enjoy the rich flavor. In addition, we incorporate seasonal vegetables into appetizers, grilled vegetables, Simmered dish, and other dishes to provide you with the ever-changing flavors of the season. We pay close attention to detail, such as serving skewers and Tempura on custom-made Oribe ware plates, so that both the eyes and the tongue can enjoy the food.

There are several types of natural wines, and our sommelier carefully selects wines that are easy to drink and go well with chicken dishes. We also offer shochu, highballs, spirits, and other seasonal ingredients such as potatoes, rice, and barley. Seasonal drinks may not be listed on the menu, so please feel free to ask our staff.
