豚の脂も甘く、香りも良い。全体的に柔らかいが、所々筋があり噛み切りにくい。パン粉の香りも良い。良い肉なので塩との相性が良い。
ただ正直に書くと、期待のハードルを上げすぎたところはある。

美味しいポタージュスープだが、大根感はあまりしなかった。

揚げだしの出汁としっとりしたカツ。出汁との対比で豚の香りも程よく感じられる。刻み細ネギがたっぷりかけられており、香りはそこそこだが食感良し。

2024年2月中旬の平日、午前11:30頃、店内に3組ぐらいいたが待ちなし。その後15分ぐらいで満席に。
