昨年オープンではじめて行ったときの小籠包がいまいちで以来食べねいなかったけれど、今回のはけっこう上達していた。
辻調理師専門学校出身。
枚方の京鼎樓で修行？
マルビル のイーフーもだったかな...
開店以来気になっていて、ようやくランチ時に訪問。
ランチの種類は2種類でした。
小籠包は注文してから包まれます。
小ぶりなのでもっと欲しかったかな。
別に注文したらよかったかな。
