Although there was a sign saying they would be closed, they apparently decided to shorten their business hours and switch to takeaway after a week because there was no end in sight. It's not possible on weekdays due to time constraints, but it's helpful to have a store open on holidays where you can come right away. 昨年オープンではじめて行ったときの小籠包がいまいちで以来食べねいなかったけれど、今回のはけっこう上達していた。
辻調理師専門学校出身。
枚方の京鼎樓で修行？

まだまだ若い店主。
早い独立が吉か凶かはまだ未知数。
やや創作系の中華。
シノワーズスタイルとまではいかないけれど一品が少量なのでひとりで食べるには嬉しい。
