生野区内で飲食店を探していて見つけた韓国料理店を訪問。場所は今里筋から東にある商店街の通り沿い。外観は一軒家風です。土曜日の夜でほぼ満席。
店内はカウンター席、テーブル席、座敷席があります。
注文はアワビ粥、アワビの刺身、牡蠣の玉子焼き、チーズチヂミ、軟骨ピリ辛炒め、ホルモン炒め、シレギクッパ。
アワビ粥はスープが美味しい。スープのベースはアワビから出てると思いますが上品な味わい。
アワビの刺身は歯応えがよいです。
牡蠣の玉子焼きは口の中で牡蠣の旨みがじわじわ出てきます。
チーズチヂミはかぼちゃが中に入っていて、チーズが強め。今まで食べてきたチヂミと比べて分厚くふっくら。ツケダレも辛さ控えめです。
軟骨ピリ辛炒めは軟骨を甘辛く炒めてます。
ホルモン炒めはホルモンと玉ねぎの炒めもの。
シレギクッパは辛そうな見た目ですが辛さはかなり控えめです。
一般的な韓国料理に比べると全体的に辛さや刺激控えめな味です。アワビ粥やアワビの刺身などを頼んだので会計は1人5000円超えましたが、コスパも悪くないと思います。
