緑橋の人気割烹料理店の「じょうじ」の２号店がオープンして、ランチをやっていると聞いて行って来ました。
場所は有名ラーメン店の金久右衛門の隣。
店頭にメニュー看板があったので決めてから入ろう。

ガラガラっ。
まだ知られてないのかお客さんは私含めて3組くらい。
お店は男性2人で切り盛りしてます。
そのうちの1人は、じょうじの本店で修行してた兄ちゃんた♪
軽く挨拶を済ませて注文。
◆上天丼

これは豪華な天丼だ！
盛り盛りの天ぷらの内訳は足赤海老、穴子、ホタテ、ハリイカのゲソ、牡蠣、菜の花、こごみ、蓮根、葱、
こごみ、えのき、さつま芋、南瓜、茄子など。
こんなにたくさんの種類の天ぷらが使われてるのは凄すぎる。
穴子ふわっ、ゲソは歯応えコリコリ、牡蠣は風味良し、海老はプリッとして甘い♪
蓮根甘い、こごみは春の風味、さつま芋甘っ。
どれも揚げ具合も良くて美味しい。
天つゆはかなりあっさりしてるかな。
ここの天ぷらは高級油の綿実油を使ってるからカラッと軽い揚げ上がりで重くない。
だから食べ終わっても全然胃が重くならなくて良いんです。
小鉢のお茄子も美味しくて満足です。
本店は北新地のお店の様に高級感ある雰囲気ですが、こちらはもう少し敷居が低く入りやすい感じ。
でも食材のこだわりは本店並みで美味かった。
夜も気になりますなぁ。
