休日に訪問しました。
SNSでもよくこちらのお店のことは拝見していたのでオープン前から行列ができるかと思い10時45分ごろに到着しましたが、1番目でした。
オープン後ほんの数分でカウンターが全て埋まったので早めに行って正解でした。
ラーメンは新風と古風の2種類ありましたが、新風を注文。
少し粗めの鶏白湯スープが麺に絡んで美味しいです。玉ねぎの甘さも感じられて相性の良さを改めて感じる一杯でした。
サイドメニューで頼んだから揚げは揚がり具合含めて想像以上に良かったです。
