上新庄の人気ラーメン屋「青波」を訪問。
店主さんは大阪で1番の名店
南方の「人類みな麺類」出身。

「人類みな麺類」の系列って
・「世界一暇なラーメン屋」
・「くそオヤジ最後のひとふり」
・「麺屋優光」
などなど
「人類みな麺類」のDNAがかなり濃いけど
このラーメンはぱっと見では
「人類みな麺類」を感じない。
何も伝わってこないメニュー名とかは
ちょっと「人類みな麺類」ぽいけど。
まずスープ。
おお…。
出汁は鶏とかだろうか。
あっさりした塩味だけど
とろっとまろやかな口当たり。
ネギ、キクラゲ、胡麻など
具材がかなり独特で
どことなくエスニックな感じ。
特に海苔は主張強くて
ベースのスープに磯の香りが加わる。
次に麺。
お、うまい！
平打ちストレートで
柔らかめの茹で加減だけど
ぴろぴろっとした食感で
平打ちの良さを最大限出せている。
美味しかった。
