For Tendane's seafood, we go to the market to purchase the freshest ingredients, and we offer the standard shrimp, tiger prawns, and one other type. The frying method was developed through trial and error, and the frying time for each ingredient is determined so that you can enjoy the texture. You can enjoy everything from simple ingredients to creative skewers such as asparagus wrapped in seaweed and beef belly with ponzu jelly at a reasonable price.
